HOLY COW......

......I wonder why I'm broke and can't make ends meet......

W. has a friend over.
T. has a friend over.
R. has a friend over.

We have gone through:
  • 4 Danimals yogurts
  • 6 Poland Spring Aquapod water bottles.
  • 2 packages of Purdue chicken nuggets
  • 1 package of Ore-ida french fries
  • 1/2 bottle of Mott's apple juice
  • 6 M&M ice cream bars
  • 7 Dum Dum lollipops (I like cherry)
  • 2 cups of Lipton tea with sugar and milk (for me and one of the drop off moms)
  • 2 cans of Diet Pepsi (I need the caffeine)
  • 3 Advil
.....and they've only been here for three hours!

I remember those days!! And when my boys moved out, I spent a few weeks buying too much before I adjusted!

I bet your kids had fun, though!

My mom used to say the same thing. We don't have friends over a ton, but I always stock up when I know they are coming, especially the boys!

It's amazing how kids can eat when they put their minds to it. And they burn off the calories in about twenty minutes.

I stopped buying a lot of that kind of stuff and dude, I save so much money. That means I have to actually cook which SUCKS, but seriously...extra money. Love it! Going shoe shopping!

Oh, and save the chocolate dum dums for me!

Jay: They did have fun, like always. Having a house full of kids is an every day thing. We are the neighborhood play area.

Zephra: These kids are still young. Most days I make sure the kids are told to come over "after" lunch. I kick 'em out before dinner.

Jennifer: Be prepared!!

Kellyn: It's not always boys that can eat. The 11 year old girl from across the street can down 10 chicken nuggets AND a plate full of fries. I thought she was going to eat the paper plate!

Manager Mom: They eat like little piggies...but I guess they need that energy...because.they.never.stop!

Karly: Cooking? You rock. My kids are so damn picky anyway. I cook, they don't eat it...it's a battle and then they eat cereal. You can have the chocolate ones, I don't think anyone likes the. I'll save them for BlogHer! ;)

Kelley: I KNOW! I'm so scared of that. I think I may have to have a benefit or something.
