5 pounds? Is that a good thing? I'm not so sure!
Here are my theories:
1. I really did break the scale last week.
2. I'm dreaming.
3. I'm dead and well, I'm sure ghosts only weigh about 5 pounds.
4. I LOST A SHIT-LOAD OF WEIGHT THIS WEEK!
I think I'm going with answer #1. So, I won't be able to actually weigh in this week. If I had to guess-ta-mate, I think I am either the same weight or slightly less than last week. I say this because the red tide has receded and I've deflated. I can tell because my wedding rings are able to slide on and off without the use of lubricants.
That being said, I'm off to Target to purchase a new scale and a

I don't have a scale just for this reason.. But I do know that I have finally started to lose some weight.. baby fat weight.. it only took a year and a half.. Try smoothies with yogourt and fresh fruit.. one a day... That's how I lost the weight pre-baby.. I lost 27 lbs... now I want to lose 10 lbs.. Good luck.. and does that Slim Fast really taste good?
I'd go with #4.
I want that machine. Been trying to get rid of some very unwelcome 10 lbs I have put on [at least thats how many I like to think of, not more]
My problem is I love food and especially fattening foods.
Walk, walk, walk....
I lost a stone by changing my diet and walking. I walked for 20-30 mins per evening.
